The South East Dorset Defence Consortium consisting of 6 relevant Councils, Dorset Council for the Protection of Rural England and 7 Action Groups, is organising a demonstration at Westminster, objecting to Secretary of State Hazel Blears proposals to develop on the Green Belt areas, including 1,500 houses in north Bournemouth.

This will take place on Thursday, 9th October.  The coach will leave Castlepoint at 9.10 a.m., returning around 6.30 p.m. There will be a demonstration outside Parliament, petitions handed in to Downing Street, meetings with our M.P.s and a tour of the Palace of Westminster, with time for sightseeing/shopping if you wish.  Cost will be just £9 per head.
